The assistant Paul was knowledgeable and the analytical bed was useful in narrowing the choice of mattress.

I was assisted in my choice of purchase by Tammy. She made me aware of the full range of options open to me and appeared knowledgeable about the product range. She was pleasant to engage with and placed my order efficiently and without fuss. The store was clean and airy and the products on display gave me a good choice.

It’s nice to be greeted but great to be left alone to look uninterrupted which is why we left very happy with our purchase came away with a completely different choice to what we wanted great knowledge off Paul

Paul was very friendly, he was welcoming to both us and our children. He didn't rush us or pressure us into a purchase. I missed the sale by one day, however Paul still did us a discount on our bed.

I felt I was given really good advice about the mattresses I was looking at especially for my back condition. There was no high power sales pitch just good clear discussion about each product.
