Paul at Dreams Cannock was absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I were looking to purchase a mattress, and had visited several bedshops before getting to Dreams, encountering several opinions and perspectives on what to buy. Paul was immediately friendly and hospitable, and clearly possesses great knowledge of his products. We could tell he was genuinely invested in helping us find the most suitable mattress. He gave us all the time we needed to try out mattresses and pillows after putting us on the electronic measuring-bed device. He provided us with our own pillows with protective hygienic sheets over, and we had no concerns regarding the cleanliness of the store. Paul's attention to detail led him to swapping out my pillow for a TheraPur ICE pillow, which I immediately committed to buying 2 of. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision on the spot, or pressured to return within a certain timeframe. Paul provided us with a quote, and a very generous BOGOF offer on the pillows. We returned to Paul a few days later to place our order, positive we were making the right choice, and thankful to Paul for providing us with the guidance he did.

Store was clean and easily accessible. Paul offered us all the assistance we needed, listened to our wants and needs and was incredibly helpful i identifying potentially suitable mattresses for us.

We were highly satisfied as Tammy was very knowledgeable about the products in the store, and was very lovely.

The manager dealt with us was very helpful. He did not just sell us what we first asked for but spent time showing us what if his opinion would suit us better. I did not feel pressured and value his advice.

I made 2 visits to the Cannock store. On the first, Tammy spent a lot of time helping me decide on various factors when choosing my bed and let me look and try out as many beds as I wished. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. On my second visit, Paul, the store manager was equally friendly and helpful. He was very attentive without being remotely pushy. When the bed we chose was no longer available in the colour we needed, he suggested we bought the display model and gave us a discount. I was really impressed with the service I received on both visits.
