Dreams - Cannock

From the minute my husband and myself walked in the store a gentleman introduced himself as Garry and made us welcome asked us if we would like a drink Was very helpful showing us the item we where interested in and also purchased a beautiful item .Would not hesitate to buy at Dreams again .

Tammy who served us was really understanding of what we were looking for and suggested several options and then spent the time with us until our final decision was made explaining everything clearly and with great knowledge of the products/colour options/accessories and availability she was really friendly and very helpful - wouldn’t hesitate in going back

Paul the assistant was very open and honest,he gave us cold water, and well impressed with the bed machine

I saw the manager when I went into store. He sorted my bed when I bought it and he is friendly and very helpful (both times when I went in)

Tammy provided very attentive service and offered very valuable advice as we considered the various recommended mattresses to suit our needs. The technology used to arrive at the right mattress was also impressive. We did not feel pressured in any way in making our purchase.

As soon as I walked in Paul was a great help from start to finish!! His knowledge and advice was excellent and the mattress he recommended to us was spot on. After we made our mind up Paul did us a cracking deal…..we’ll impressed!!!!
