The silliest question is the one that isn't asked, Gary was not afraid of asking if he wasn't sure of anything. He put us at our ease completely. He was friendly and kind without swapping us with falseness. I believe he is a great asset to the store.

Knowledge and help from moment we walked in was lovely and caring as mattress was for my elderly Nan who is 89 and suffers with walking and lying down and she was treated so very well and not rushed Over all experience was fantastic very happy customers and get service with regards to removal of old mattress and the help she got was brilliant

Customer service just right, I was asked if I needed any help on arrival, whilst I browsed I was overly interrupted by the sales manager. When I asked questions the response was informative and to the point which is just what I expect.
