Paul was very friendly and did his utmost to accommodate our need, nothing was to much trouble, he didn't rush us, allowing us to browse. Paul has excellent product knowledge, using his expertise to offer us various options, to allow us to make the right choice. Paul also offered us a drink which we didn't expect, he also made sure he went through all the details, making sure we understood and was happy with the purchase. Paul gave excellent customer service.

We were served by Gary at Cannock and he was incredibly warm and authentic, he told us how after 25 years working for Harvey’s he was made redundant and was fortunate to be offered a job at dreams. He has been with you for only a few months, but what an asset he is to you. He was one of the main reasons we purchased from you and genuinely would recommend him to anyone!

Staff and products excellent.

We walked in with a very clear idea of what we needed and we were assisted with a team of people who we felt genuinely cared about our needs rather than other stores where their main aim was to upsell/sell. Information and suggestions were great and we feel we got amazing service and amazing products from a industry leading brand name. Thank you and we’ll done Dreams!

Paul at cannock orbital could not help us enough the staff were friendly and what we liked he gave us private time to talk on our own being disabled he never made us feel uncomfortable I felt there wasn't enough choice in realy good quality mattresses but the one we bought we are pleased with thanks paul for all your time helping us.

Paul greeted us on arrival and took us straight away to what we asked for, showed us all options for the mattresses and truly could not have done more for us. He told us we was the cherry on top for his end of day and made us feel as though our custom was highly appreciated. We went in not sure if we would buy that day, and came away delighted that we chose to do so 😊
