Paul the store manager was fantastic from the moment me and my family walked in to the moment we left. Even waved when passing the store later that day. Great with our children and our needs. Great service allround.

I knew the items I wanted to order as I had researched it all online. I was very pleased to be able to try them out in the store and as I am buying an adjustable bed this was important to me. Staff member was very kind and considerate, filled in the gaps in my knowledge and explained things fully and concisely and gave me advise with regards to a mattress which was the only area I was uncertain on.

I rang to enquire about an item in stock, the gentleman very quickly found the product and agreed to reserve it for me until I. Ours collect the next day, on arrival at the store I was met with courtesy very professional assistants and my item was ready for me, I very quickly paid, had the receipt emailed to me, I had previously bought this same item and wanted another but it wasn’t in stock or on line for a long time, when I saw it in stock on line I rang Cannock store because I preferred to purchase from them having been dealt with very well previously. Your staff at Cannock are a great asset to your company.

Overall great service - need items in a timely manner, but the lack of availability of stock was more aligned to my personal lack of preempted delivery times. Friendly staff, well organised, Covid precautions in place, understood the clients needs.

Paul @ the Cannock store really looked after us. He was attentive to our requirements and took time to find the the most suitable mattress for us. He gave us good options and tried really hard to find products that would fit our time scale before Christmas. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Very knowledgeable and great attention to detail.
