Dreams - Cambridge

We were greeted on arrival and asked if we needed any support. We found the bed we had been browsing online straight away and we’re provided a demonstration. The bed was on offer (£100 off) and we also got free pillows thrown into our order, which was unexpected but extremely appreciated! When we decided we wanted to order, we were offered a choice of refreshments and ran through all details in good time.

Highly knowledgeable staff, gave us the info we needed. Helped us find a mattress we liked without trying loads of different ones.

The salesman Nicholas was very helpful, non pressuring and understanding. He was patient while we looked around the store and was not intrusive

We were made to feel welcome ,,and we were treated extremely well nothing was any trouble very friendly ,looked after very well in deed

Both the gentleman who initially helped us with the bed we required and also Ed were exceptional. We left with a great feeling. They are a credit to you!

Nick, was very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful in helping us. We returned to Dreams as we originally bought our bed from you and think it is one of the best beds we have ever slept in. We wanted another bed the same. Great selection and Nick was exceptional .

The assistant was friendly and informative and offered the bed technology service to assess which bed I would benefit from. This was very useful and purchased one recommended. It was a quick friendly service with all needs met. Looking forward to my new mattress
