The staff were excellent, offered us hot or cold drinks - gave us helpful advice and also left us for appropriate length of time to try various beds. We’re happily surprised at how friendly and helpful all the staff were.

Matthew who helped us was very friendly and very helpful. went through all the mattresses and explained which would be best.

Matthew From the Cambridge Beehive Centre store was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed us the mattress, explained the differences from another more expensive mattress, and processed my order for the Reynolds. All this was done quickly and to the point. Good job Matthew.

Myself and my partner came into Dreams looking to browse bed frames. We were met by Edward who was so friendly and an exceptional customer service individual who didn’t make us feel pressured to buy but provided excellent information and knowledge of all your products. We left with a bed frame, 2 for 3 discounted bedside tables and a super king mattress. We were really pleased with the time Edward spent with us and gave great choices and reasoning.

Mathew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had worked with him before when we bought our bed. Our interaction with both Mathew and Michael made us return to Dreams.

Staff were very polite and helpful. They were available to offer assistance when needed but also left me alone whilst I explored.
