Emma (sales lady) was fantastic, very knowledgable, polite, friendly and made the whole process very easy. She ensured that we had tried all the options in a structured manner to make the final choice easy.

We came in to buy a new mattress. Tony the chap who helped us was brilliant. Very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. We came out having ordered a mattress and also a few other bits and pieces too. Very good value for money and very good customer service.

I had a wonderful visit to dreams. I wanted to buy a mattress and knew which one I wanted. I went over to the desk and was helped by staff members, me and my friend were even made a cup of tea! Everything was explained to me clearly and they even met my needs with the mattress cover that came with the cover plan. Overall the staff were so friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better visit. The only thing I was sad about was the delivery time was 3 weeks from order, I didn't think it would take so long so that's probably why I was shocked by it. Delightful visit

This was my first visit to the store on the Beehive Centre Cambridge. Previously I have had 2 if not 3 mattresses from your store when based in East Road Cambridge. Dreams immediately came to mind for this latest purchase as I had received good service from 'East Road'. I was impressed with your employee, Tim. He was knowledgeable & kind, taking care to advise me of the pros and cons of the various mattresses. I am very pleased with my purchase and would like to say a huge 'thank you' to Tim
