Great customer service, the guy who served us was so friendly and helpful

Matthew at the Cambridge store was brilliant! We had been there a few days earlier to making the purchase and he and his colleague had patiently answered a ton of questions. We were impressed and we visited the place again this weekend to buy the bed. Matthew patiently listened to our requirements and also explained the various advantages of Tempur mattresses. We eventually ended up buying the bed and the mattresses on the same day!

Our server Luca, was positive and attentive to all our needs from the moment we walked through the door. He made what seemed like a very boring task of buying a new bed a lighthearted affair. His knowledge of the products was of benefit and he was great at helping us make the best choice for us.

The Dreams shop assistant was very amiable, helping me to choose the right mattress for my budget and requirements, offered me a drink (and I really needed water) and made everything a good experience. I was in a hurry and needed urgently a mattress for my daughter, he advised me well and I will return to buy a bed for my mum, I know we will be helped

The sales person quickly homed in on what we might be looking for and explained options an colours clearly and thoroughly without pressuring.

We received excellent service from Matthew, who helped us to successfully find the right mattress and bed frame for us. Our experience was tailored to our needs, he had excellent product knowledge and he went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience in the store. We were very impressed by such a level of customer service and felt very well catered for.

We were welcomed and treated unlike in any other store. The sales person brought us some water and tea, spent a lot of time with us trying to understand our needs and wishes and had the right answer on all our questions.
