As soon as we walked into the shop I found an assistant to help us as I wanted to try the dreams bed which tells you which mattress would be good for you! She was extremely helpful and talked us through it all then showed us all the mattresses.

The way to put it is that I could not really have hoped for better service or more patience in working through my needs. The whole co. procedure, e.g. 30 days to change the mattress if I find it too soft, all felt pretty perfect. Thank you.
