Dreams - Caerphilly

From the time we entered the store we were treated exceptionally well. Sales assistant Dee was so knowledgeable and understanding our needs.She offered us tea and coffee very friendly indeed. Would not hesitate buying from there again. Best store we have been in looking for a new mattress.

I dealt with Dee at the Caerphilly store. She was lovely, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She had time for me, wasnt pushy at all, understood what i was looking for and what i needed and pointed me in the right direction. She is a credit to the company and i would certainly look to deal with her when i return in future.

Richard was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me find the bed and mattress that not only I was looking for but would also suit and benefit me. He explained in detail of all the various products and options available. Richard is a great asset to the store!

My aim was to buy a bed within a certain price range. We was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Alun who completed the whole process and listened to what I needed/wanted

The staff really helpful, explained where everything was and what colour schemes mean. Gave me time to look around. And as I didn't have the biggest of budgets they really went out of there way to get me quality products and what I could afford, they had plenty of time for my 3 year old and kept her entertained with balloons and drinks. Was really pleased with it all as I really didn't think I'd alk out with a new bed. Iv already recommended my mother to you
