I was offered a tea, coffee or water. The assistant was very polite and give my lots of information. The service I received was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Steve was absolutely fantastic from the moment we entered the door to the time we left. Exceptional service provided to a vulnerable customer with very specific needs. Made us feel welcome, explained the difference between the ranges of mattresses, allowed sufficient time to test without breathing down our necks. At no point did we feel pressured into any specific mattress or frame. Offered us advice based on ailments and looked after us with empathy & professionalism throughout.

I visited 2 other stores prior to visiting your Caerphilly branch (I won't name the competitors) there was no hard sell, the staff was super friendly, beverages offered and offer taken, and a great cup of tea it was! The wife made the choices, I made the technical inquiries which were answered with honesty. My decision to purchase at this store was made totally by the conduct of the staff, the products on display were of excellent quality. I would recommend family and friends to shop here. A great experience.

Dee at Caerphilly could not have been more helpful. It was a joy to buy a simple headboard. She was as helpful and friendly as if I was spending thousand pounds. The purchase involved two visits because I had initially chosen a double headboard instead of a small double. Nothing was too much trouble. This was my fourth or fifth purchase and if I buy another bed I’ll be back to Dreams.
