Greeted by Alun as we entered, instantly helpful. Sleepmatch process explained and undertaken, then Alun basically provided us with a personal shopping experience by guiding us to a selection of the most suitable products. He gave us time, listened to our needs and respected our preferences. He saw the sale through from start to finish and was friendly and responsive throughout. The availability and delivery times for our chosen items was excellent and we are looking forward to trying out our new mattress, safe in the knowledge we have 30 days to decide if its right for us. Yet to experience the delivery and mattress removal service so cannot comment on that. But so far a wonderful and personal service from Alun and Dreams - thank you

We were greeted on entry, not pushy but there if you needed help. When we were ready Richard was really helpful, advised us on the store policy for social distancing and hand cleaning, made sure the beds were covered before we tested them, gave good clear advise on all beds and mattresses we looked at, a really nice knowledgeable guy, he's a credit to your company.

The gent that we dealt with at the Caerphilly store was really friendly, honest and precise. He gave us lots of options for us to make the right choice. There were no pushy sales involved which is nice as some places are not like that. Great guy and credit to dreams
