We were greeted when we entered the store and then We were left alone to have a good browse before anybody came to help us and for me this is a huge plus. I don’t like being approached as soon as I enter the store and someone to ask me straight away what I want. When asked by Richard what we were looking for we were then ready to discuss as had been given chance to have a good look first.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The measures for COVID were good. Offered a bottle of water.

Alun, the staff member who assisted me, and his colleague were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt safe as Alun wore appropriate PPE and took our order behind a screen at the desk. He explained options in relation to products, cover and protection and outlined the delivery process, reassuring me that the staff who will assemble my new bed will adhere to social distancing measures and wear PPE. Alun was very friendly and helpful and I did not feel rushed through the sales process, despite me arriving late to the store near closing time.
