Dreams - Caerphilly

I didn't really know what I wanted. I have been suffering back pains and decided that I needed a new mattress. Alun was most helpful, firstly using your machine to test our needs, then escorting us to the relevant product. He was open to discussion, answering questions etc and left me in no doubt as to the package I wanted. This is the first time I have bought from a well known trader, usually simply visiting my local bedding shop and was impressed with the service and the product being offered. I have already earmarked other products that I will be purchasing from your stores.

The shopping experience was great..after months of searching Internet decided speaking to a person of knowledge. DEE was exceptionally helpful..knowledgeable and polite and we had a lovely conversation

At Caerphilly branch had a team member help me with dream mattress machine (nearly fell asleep)also offered drinks, the team where very helpful and friendly, and quickly processed my order, would recommend anyone to visit if they needed beds and mattresses.

I was shown attention at all stages of my time at Dreams, given full explanation of products, given alternatives and advice as needed. Richard made my visit pleasant and showed patience when asked for further information, advice and alternatives. No pressure was put on me and I was allowed to think about my options and if I needed to proceed with my purchase. Overall a pleasant, friendly visit. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The cup of tear was very welcome. The item we chose satisfied our need perfectly.

I was allowed to browse the shop but knowing that the staff especially Dee was at hand to give me product information and help me with what I was looking for within the us get I had in mind to spend . I felt confident in my purchase and already recommended to other family members

Needed a new mattress and Dee assisted us had our 3 year old daughter with us and she was made part of our mattress journey with a balloon we were offered beverages and my partner was offered a chance to try the mattress simulator which she loved it helped find our best matress straight away came back and bought it out right after Dee went through all our buying options

the assistant was very knowledgeable and allowed us the time to make our own decision.
