Sales assistant Dee was very helpful and knowledgeable, we fort that we were given the time and space to make the right decision for us, but also we're able to ask questions when needing too. When processing the order Dee made us aware of the offers on products to go with the bed but did it in a way that was not pushy but useful and we did purchase new bedding because of this. We would not have if Dee did not make us aware.

Met by friendly staff who understood our needs. Highlighted suitable product, pointed out all the benefits. Very understanding and helpful.
