Came in for a double head board, went out with that head board plus a new ottaman bed, mattress, bottom of bed bench and two bedside cabinets. Salesman was too good.

I am a nurse so needed a very specific firmness of a mattress and I'm pretty sure I tried every mattress is store, but nothing was too much trouble. Derry the sales advisor was great with all his recommendations

Your colleague DEE in the Caerphilly store was patient, understanding of our needs and knowledgable of the products, recycling and the benefits of insurance. We took the ' bed test' and the recommendation was exactly as DEE predicted. I wanted a mattress that could be' flipped'. Something I've done a!l of my 55 years of married life. Also a bed frame not a divan to make moving to clean easier for me. We are very pleased with our choice and purchased two frames and two kingzsize mattresses , one for us and one for the guest room and all to be delivered , set up and the old sets to be recycled all withi in a week.

Dee was fabulous from start to finish. She introduced us to the sleep machine to see which mattress would suit the both of us. She talked us through and showed us different ones which were compatible. She had a great sense of humour and made us feel right at home. Dee was very clear and very efficient in answering our questions which we had. We loved the fact that she wasn’t pushy for a sale and she made us smile whilst leaving the shop and all the way home. Thank you Dee for a successful shopping trip. Will definitely return and recommend others to Dreams!
