Dreams - Caerphilly

I have athritas in my back, which is really bad. I needed a new mattress and we always use dreams. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome. We told Steve what we wanted and he told is about the bed that recorded which bed is the right one for us. We found our bed straight away. Really happy with everything.

Huge range of beds and mattresses to choose from, Dee greeted us straight away and was very patient and understanding with helping us choose a bed and mattress, also very impressed with her product knowledge and she made sure we left the store with no questions and very happy with our purchase. Also very impressed with the gent who would spray down each bed after we had tested the mattress (and there were a fair few!)

Dee was the assistant very well informed by her brilliant knowledge of products, we didn’t waste any time looking around as Dee pointed out best suited beds. She was not at all pushy on sales which I find very important or I would leave.
