Dreams - Caerphilly

I have athritas in my back, which is really bad. I needed a new mattress and we always use dreams. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome. We told Steve what we wanted and he told is about the bed that recorded which bed is the right one for us. We found our bed straight away. Really happy with everything.

David Who served us was amazing he was friendly, Knowledgeable & very patient with us & our little boy who has additional needs & can be quite demanding. Also very good with social distance rules & keeping things clean after we tried products.

Dee was the assistant very well informed by her brilliant knowledge of products, we didn’t waste any time looking around as Dee pointed out best suited beds. She was not at all pushy on sales which I find very important or I would leave.
