Hand gel available at the door. We were met by Julia who introduced herself and asked what we were looking for. She then proceeded to help us find the right mattress in a very efficient and helpful manner.

I lovely warm welcome, A gentleman came over to myself and asked if I needed any assistance. He asked me if I would like to go on the special bed which then worked out what type of mattress you needed which was absolutely great. After we did this he then showed me what mattress would be sensible and suitable for myself he was very friendly and very helpful and very respectful highly recommended and his colleagues were great as well. The Gentleman cleaned each bed before I laid down and even supplied me with a lovely comfortable pillow.

We were served by Nathan2 . He was friendly knowledgeable and helpful We had decdied on a mattress from Besons ( next door) and popped in to dreams for a prive comparison. We were so impressed with Nathan and the mattress selector machine that we stayed and bought a mattress amd two Pillows. Nathan 2 made the experience fun quick and was very helpful. He is a credit to your company

Ryan the store assistant was friendly and very knowledgeable. He spent lots of time with myself and my husband showing us all the beds and mattresses that were suitable for us and explaining all the differences.
