we visited Dreams after researching what we thought we needed online. The item we wanted to see was in stock and available for us to look at more closely. The staff member was very attentive and helped explain to us the make up of not only this mattress but others (including cheaper) that may suit us. We then took part in a sleep study to confirm our selection. As luck would have it, the ideal mattress for us was on sale as an ex-display model so we bought what we needed for a good price. Whilst there we also purchased a pillow and mattress topper - neither of which were forced on us by our sales person.

Service was excellent. Knowledge exceptional. No pushy sales pitches. Great experience. Have used you before and will continue in the future

We were asked about our needs on entering the store and Ryan explained which mattresses were most suitable to our requirements, then we were left to look around and decide what we might like. We soon made a choice (we were not intending to buy, we were only looking, I think Ryan was as surprised as we were how quickly we decided) Everything about the purchase was explained, simply and clearly and we are now looking forward to our new mattress being delivered next week. We especially appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to buy and we would fully recommend Dreams to any potential purchasers.

Nathan provided all the information we needed to decide exactly which bed and mattress would suit us best in a very friendly manner. His knowledge of all the products in the store was first class. When we had finalised our choices Nathan was assisting another customer, and although he said he would be with us very shortly, his equally helpful and knowledgeable colleague Lewis processed our order for us, explaining that he would put it through under Nathan’s name. Lewis explained everything we needed to know about the upcoming delivery, together with all the key information regarding the guarantees, and the removal of our old bed. When I was initially researching all the beds etc., available on line I decided to go with Dreams because of the choice of beds and mattresses available and previous very good service I had last time I purchased a bed from Dreams.
