The range of products, the sleepmatch tool was really good actually and the range of colours for the bed bases were good, nice colour range also.

It was very straightforward to find what we were looking for and the staff dealt with us in a friendly, professional manner.

We were Highly Satisfied with the attention received from both the manager (Lewis) & his colleague (Nathan). Their attention to detail & knowledge of the products on offer made our choice less confusing.

Nathan is very good at his job and provided clear information every step of the way

From the minute we arrived in the store we were met by a very pleasant lady she listened to our needs invited us to lay on the special bed which really helped us then she showed us three different mattress one of which we chose and bought

Nathan was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions whilst providing us with very useful information. He then was very good at giving us time to try each bed and then time alone to think and make a decision

Service was friendly and helpful without being pushy.

Ryan was amazing, he helped us by distracting our two year old so we could do the bed test and then try out different beds on the results. Our daughter is normally very fussy with new people, but Ryan was amazing with her and even drew us a nice drawing. Nathan was also amazing with his advice, and expertise.
