Very happy with the service that Nathan at the Bury St Edmunds branch gave us at our appointment he particularly paid attention to all the social distancing and Covid 19 precautions which considerably set us at our ease furthermore he was extremely informative and patient with us as were looking at adjustable beds but unsure of what exactly to look for and mattress etc. We came home reassured with the information and quote he had given ushadbeen tailored to our particular requirements with no pressure to make an instant decision or purchase there and then THANK YOU

Julie was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and quickly advised us on how to best shop for a new mattress on the new bed scanner system. We were offered a bottle of water and asked if we wanted to look at any bed frames. She was so friendly and helpful
