Ryan and all the store team were incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain each part of the sleep analysis process and gave great detail on the breakdown of each budget. He helped us compare mattresses and find one in our budget.

My wife and I already knew what bed we wanted when we went in. Didn't try and up sell anything else. We felt in control and gave us pro's and cons with doing it online as apposed to doing it in store.

Your salesman Ryan was excellent. I could not have wished for a more superb person who has an a very good personality and he certainly knew the products he was selling. I enjoyed my purchasing experience very much. I even received a free bottle of water.

Lewis and Nathan were terrific. You felt like and were in safe hands. Great guidance. Great all round service. Just totally professional from start to finish.

Took me through the sleep texhnology to match a mattress to myself. This then gave me lots of options and the salesman then matched my price range to availability. He also gave me options either side of my price range so I can see the difference. I felt everything was explained to me in great detail and I left knowing exactly what to expect next

On entering the store we were met with a sales person. He directed us to what we were looking for. Very helpful. We looked then went back to the salesman to buy. Don't like hassel and this was perfect
