The The gentlman that served me was very pateint with me and allowed me as much time to decide what i wanted a very pleasant gentleman from start to finish

We were greeted upon entry by Nathan to welcome to store. Told him what I was looking for and he took it from there. Extremely knowledgeable about the products, has a clear passion for the products and speaks highly for the company. I used the tech bed to find my suitable mattresses and was offered a drink whilst I tried the choices. We were going to try next store afterwards to get variety but decided to buy from dreams for the excellent service we received. Even bought a pillow as it was amazing comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made the time in the store very easy, comfortable and informing on different needs for bedding. Overall very happy with the experience in store and the time spent was very informative.

Nathan was attentive, approachable and knowledgeable. He didn’t hover or pester though which was good. He offered alternatives and listened to what we liked and disliked We liked the technology of the Sleepmatch bed We were offered drinks

The staff were polite. Most importantly for us, we came with a 5-year old, who was happy to sit down at the provided table and do some colouring and then read a story book that was provided.

The store assistant was very helpfull and listened to our needs and was very informative of the product we needed and gave us options on our price range .very pleased with the level of personal care to our needs
