Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Our helper was Ryan in the Bury store and he listened to my prattling and understood what I was looking for very helpful.

The member of staff (Julia) who dealt with us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was particularly good as we had our very young daughter with us too.

Nathan listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to help me choose my mattress.

From the moment we walked in Julia was very welcoming. We came to store (Bury St Edmunds) with our 2 young children who can make shopping experiences quite a difficult task and awkward at times but not on this occasion. The children were very much catered to with colouring in, a drink and a little bit of shoeless bed bouncing so that was them taken care of so we could concentrate on getting the right mattress for us. Julia was full of knowledge and mattress facts and made sure that we were very well informed at all times. We tried out several mattress all of which were recommended by Julia after our experience on the mattress analysing machine. I never once felt awkward or pressured about the amount of time that we wanted to spend on each mattress, even revisiting a few. In the end we chose our favourite mattress which was actually the first mattress selected for us by Julia. Our experience in store was fantastic and we came out feeling more than satisfied. This was definitely down to having Julia as a sales representative and she is a huge credit to your team!

Very helpful salesperson explained loads to us

The salesperson took the time to understand my needs and point me in the direction to the right products, weighing up the pros and cons of each so as I could make an informative decision. Better than just patting the matress.

Ryan served us, he was friendly, helpful, (not pushy, which is lovely) very knowledgeable and made us coffee (which was very welcomed). Ryan showed us the mattresses that the computer had recommended and try these mattresses, asked if would like to left to try them again on our own (which we both appreciated). It made it easy to chat and decided which one we liked the best. Then we made our purchase.

Staff friendly and helpful as soon as you entered the store nothing was too much explained and demonstrated the product offered drinks shop was clean and face masks warn by all staff
