Welcoming, friendly, confortable to walk in to, so helpful, even with my kids running around they was still friendly to them getting them colouring stuff talking to them

The layout and cleanliness of the store, branding and pricing were clear and the colleagues product knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to help were incredible. First went in for some pillows, the colleague provided first class customer service and care. While in the store I saw a bed that was on special offer. Spoke to Ryan who talked me through the specs and advised I would need to return with my wife to try the machine to find the ideal matress. We returned on the Sunday and after using the Dreams Machine, Ryan talked us through the options in and around our budget. His product knowledge was excellent. He was also very engaging with our young children and showed them the colouring station and gave them both a book to read. He also allowed them the use of the staff toilets. He talked us through the finance options available to us. He made us feel at ease, there was no pressure and he genuinely cared about the Customer experience within the store.

Friendly staff nice shop

Julia was extremely helpful with finding us a mattress that suited my partner and I. She guided us through all the mattresses that were available and which ones would be the most suited to us. I was having difficulty deciding between two mattresses and she helped me decide. She never made me feel pressured into deciding which one to choose. She made the whole experience stress free.
