The bloke who helped us (Sorry we can't remember his name) was lovely. Right from the start he was polite and friendly. He used our names, but not to access, had a good sense of humour and didn't push us towards the most expensive bed of the 3 that we were considering. When we went over and sat with him arranging the same and delivery he was very polite and took us through the steps in a very professional manner

Nathan was helpful not a hindrance.Explainations were helpful and no pushy sales talk. Very pleasant experience as always. This is our third mattress purchases from Dreams in 20 years

Went in and welcomed but not pounced on. Gave us a minute to acclimatise and asked if we wanted help. Used the bed checker, and he said I would be back when complete. On completion he was back gave us a pillow and talked us though the mattress types for us. Tried them, decided which one and ordered. He was friendy, courteous with out being over personal and overbearing. It was all very easy, so happy.
