Simon was the pefect salesman. He was attentive without being pushy (which had put us off Bensons for Beds store next door imendiately beforehand). He has the right style of confidence, attention and keenness. He had all the knowlege and based his choice around our need. He properly listened, which is rare.

Simon is a credit to the company. He attended to us after closing time and rather than chucking is out. Simply closed the doors and allowed us to continue browsing. Eventually assisting in a £1000 matress purchase.

The store colleague was helpful but not pushy, he left us to consider the options, but was available when needed, just as I prefer
