Firstly, I just love the tv advert 'sleep like log' - just brilliant. My visit to the store was a delight and it was all down to the sales assistant called Lindsey. She was extremely knowledgeable, so helpful and friendly and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is an absolute credit to your company.

We had only limited time to source a bed for elderly parents moving to a retirement bungalow. The staff were amazing. Using their bed technology they found a bed to suit my parents needs with storage, headboard, mattress covers etc. As the bed had to be delivered within a week, again they were fabulous and an early date within the week was arranged. Delivery included. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you. So friendly too made a difficult job so easy.

Very knowledgeable staff who looked after our needs

The sales man James was very helpful, understanding and not pushy. From listening to our needs and giving us various options to choose from to even making time for our 9 yr old daughter so she felt involved. Finally topping the day with a cracking deal and delivered within 3 days! Just brilliant

Knew I needed a new bed but was unsure where to begin. All the hard work was taken off me and all I had to do was checkout the beds recommended by my sleep expert Lindsey.

The help was appreciated and not overbearing. Lots of genuine advice and opinions for what we needed. No pressure to buy the the more expensive options

staff friendly new what they where selling and took a computor image of body to find the right bed also purchase went smoothly

Lyndsey in store was knowledgeable, professional, appropriately friendly and extremely patient. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. My questions were answered and after initially being shown the options given my requirements I was left alone to browse, consider and make a decision. I had no intention of purchasing the mattress that day I was rather after information but given the help and advice and lack of sales pressure I decided to make the purchase. The paperwork was straightforward and the delivery date better than I expected. It was refreshing to have experienced such good customer service something which is sadly lacking in so many places today. My only criticism was when I returned home I found that I could have purchased the same bed, albeit without your 'cooltouch' cover some £100+ cheaper with a mattress protector thrown in. Just a little disappointing as I also purchased the cover and pillows.

At the bromborough store , Sue was very helpful . She only approached when we were ready, rather than pouncing . She was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to.
