it was a pleasure to shop at the Croft shop - the assistant Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. we were very happy with our purchase and delivery was quick and easy to organise

When entering the front door, I was not rushed. A salesman came to greet me and from there the process was easy. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Great price, great product, in and out without any fuss! There were two sales persons in the store. I was happy to have the gentleman as the other lady chewed gum and looked like she couldnt be bothered.

The service was excellent and Lindsey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she offered appropriate recommendations and suggestions and more importantly she listened to my needs and fully understood my requirements. She is absolutely outstanding and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone who is looking to purchase a new Matress or bed, please pass on my thanks for her excellent service and friendly nature

When I first walked in I felt a bit overwhelmed as I haven’t shopped for a mattress before so had no idea what was looking for. A lovely lady came over and asked did I need help, she was really friendly and wasn’t a pushy sales person at all. She showed me to this really clever machine which I thought was really personal first of all as it uses your names and even my partners details who wasn’t there. It was such a clever device to work out what I needed. The colleague I dealt with knew exactly which beds this said were gonna for me and took me over to each one and her product knowledge was great. She left me to go back and try the ones we had looked at in my own time and then I went back to her with some questions and made my order which was nice and simple.

Julie the assistant was extremely helpful, and her manager was also very helpful with us, and made it an all round good shopping experience. We found the sleep match machine was amazing, to tell us what mattress we needed, carn’t wait for it to arrive. I have already advised family to shop at that store.

Lindsey who dealt with us was friendly informative,very polite and explained things in a way that we could understand. helped us with up to date technology to help us maske the right choice of mattress for us. Explained the procedures for delivery giving us different options for the delivery.

Simon deserves a gold star at least !!! Very helpful informative service given by him, also gave my wife and myself a bottle of water that was gratefully received and consumed. A lovely unexpected touch. The products and the price are excellent.
