There was only 1 salesperson in store so we did get interrupted. The man was nice enough but don't feel I could mark highly satisfied. The price I paid was still more then I wanted.

Current deal is 3 for 2 items,i ordered 2 bedside tables so get a third free which is totally not requiredWould have been better for me in my case to have the value of the 3rd item(ie £99) taken off the value of the 2 items

Length of estimated delivery time of 6 weeks is far too long when you are wanting to order beds. More frequent and available delivery should be available.

The mattress I ordered does not have good reviews on your Internet site but I still ordered it and just hope it is OK, as your salesman said it was a good guality mattress

Myself My Wife went to your Thanet Store and found the assistant very helpful 👍 and placed and payed for Two single bed's which We arranged to be delivered on the 10th of September and received an Email confirming the delivery date But Two day's before the Date We had a phone call saying they couldn't be delivered Until the 20TH OF OCTOBER 👎 over a Month from the original delivery date but We agreed as customer service assistant agreed to take away a bed frame at no extra charge in compensation for the delay. I had an Email from You on the 15th of October confirming the Bed's would be delivered on the 20TH But the next day I received another Phone call saying they wouldn't be now delivered until the 30TH October that's provided they don't change the Date yet again We will have to see what Happens but We are NOT very Impressed.

All went well until we booked the delivery date, the Dreams assistant thought she had booked my delivery for the 16th May, but it was the 16th June. This was very late for me so she tried to arrange for the bed to come earlier than the head board and this proved impossible. We then tried to cancel the whole order and start again, but your customer service department said that if we wanted to do that my payment would not be returned for 10-14 working days. The manager tried to help, but your customer service team proved very unhelpful even to him and I said I did not want to deal with them.
