Assistant very helpful and helped me with the products that would suit my needs

Item I wanted ( 2’6” bed) was not in stock but assistant was able to show me a similar product and was able to give me all necessary info re colours , mattress spec , headboard etc

We were greeted by Georgie as soon as we entered the store. We told her what we were interested in and she helped us to find the perfect matress to go with the bed we wanted, Georgie was very patient with us as well as knowledgable on everythigng we needed to know.

We were greeted on arrival and asked if we would like some help and I said no and the sales advisors said ok we are here if you need us. I like this as I hate to be hounded.

We were served by a very attentive, knowledgeable member of staff

Dan was very helpful and polite and new his job superb salesman .

I was given attention but it wasn't overwhelming. I was guided into a decision but I didn't feel pushed. I am confident that I am getting a good mattress.

Staff are approachable straight away and was very polite and knew what we needed. It was the first time I visited the store and was very empresed.
