Your guy don was so very good .

I told the assistant exactly what I wanted. A mattress for our static caravan, double bed size, not a thick mattress, not expensive and I could take it away then.

We had the store assistant manager serve us, and if I could put higher than highly satisfied I would. Amazing. Just an absolute pleasure, you could tell by the other employees and how happy they were, chatting and laughing that it was just a lovely store to work in, and that showed throughout the service

My first visit I aborted because I didn't want to be served by the only sales person available but I returned about half an hour later and was approached by what turned out to be the manager which was fine. He was extremely knowledgable, took the time for me to fully explain my needs and gave me his full attention. I happily placed my order

Greeted in a friendly manner at the then allowed to browse freely in store. Hot day and offered cold drinks whilst browsing. Assistance offered but not pressurised at any time

The guy who helped us named mark was friendly, very helpful but not pushy. Answered all our questions with ease and recommended a couple of options to fulfil my needs with a back problem. A very pleasant visit to the Westwood store. Unfortunately we needed to change the arranged delivery date, and again when visiting the store to do so the staff there was very friendly and helpful. Job done.
