I was impressed by the manner in which Mark was able to explain the functions of the bed.

Mark would sold us the bed all round good service

The dream colleague (Amy) was very friendly and helpful, particularly in informing me with which bed would suit me best, as well as the ease of ordering the bed.

Dan was nice and friendly and spoke to us while the computer was loading for the credit check and things like that so it actually felt like it went quicker than it did. Dan helped us out with getting an order delivered and assembled out of the window in which my daughter goes for a nap which was what really made the difference in the service ! My daughters routine is crucial and because dan was able to get this sorted around my daughters naps that’s what sealed the deal and encouraged us to get the bed on the day and pay for assembly!

Amy was extremely courteous and helpful in suggesting using sleep match to find the right mattresses and in discussing the options. Also helpful in finding s suitable delivery date and explaining all the options.

Great service, attention from staff, friendliness of staff. Was offered drinks & kids kept occupied with sweets/biscuits. Knowledgeable staff who didn't give the hard sell, just showed us the options best suited to us.

Friendly salesman, understood requirements. Wasn't too pushy for the sale.
