We were highly satisfied with this visit mainly due to the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming, putting us at ease whilst deciding on our purchase (with no pressure and hassle to commit). Their knowledge of the products was exceptional.

The sales assistant, Georgia, could not have been more helpful. She welcomed us to the store, allowed us time to browse, and was there as soon as we needed advice. Her knowledge was so helpful and she took a lot of time to enable us to buy what we are confident is going to be the right bed and mattres for us. She also helped us feel very safe re Covid, taking good precautions. The flexibility of the delivery date is also helpful as we are still decorating and waiting for carpets, etc.

Don was lovely, non invasive, helpful when required and generally easy to deal with

The Deputy Manager who dealt with my initial query was friendly, informative and at no time pressured me into making a purchase. He was patient and told me the pro's and cons of each mattress I tried out. I have nothing but good things to say regarding his professionalism and attitude.

From the moment we entered the store, we was made to feel very welcome. The assistant manager(think hes name was Mark) was very helpful and full of advice from start to finish. Suggested using the machine to find our perfect mattress then proceeded to show us a few recommended to match our needs. excellent service. thank you.

We had just been to Bensons for beds next door and no one even greeted us. Within moments of walking in Caitlin asked if we needed help and introduced herself. We said we just wanted to have a look first and she wasn't pushy, leaving us feeling happy to approach her when we wanted help. When we did ask for help Caitlin was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. We decided to go home and think the quote over, we could have just as easily ordered online for the same price but wanted to ensure as Caitlin put the work in that she got the sale.

We shop at Dreams Showroom in Westwood Retail Park - Broadstairs for my Nan. Caitlin was very helpful with helping my Nan choosing the bed frame, as well as showed her the headboard then introduced and recommended the best mattress that suits my Nan’s need. The order process was quick and hassle free, Caitlin has mentioned the pillows offer but we decided not to go ahead this time, she also offered us some water which was very nice. Overall we had a great shopping experience at Dreams Broadstairs
