Very quick service, was in and out in 20 minutes with exactly what we were after.

Helped in store by Don. He is the most helpful and enthusiastic person I have ever met (in any store). His level of customer service, knowledge of available products and explanations were top class.

Nice friendly service, didn't rush us and took the time to listen to our needs. Made the experience easy when choosing the right mattress for us.

I was seen pretty much immediately as I got into the store, I explained my needs and was shown all options. The advisor was friendly and knowledgeable and despite it getting busier as I was placing g my order she did not rush me or herself to get to the next customer. Excellent customer service thank you and very speedy delivery, cannot wait to enjoy my purchase

Georgia was very professional and knew her job well. Her advice was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. She gave us 100% of her attention and made us feel like we were not just another sale to her, gave us time to decide and never pressured us at any time. She greeted us as soon as we entered offered us a drink and was interested in our needs. She gave us a go on the sleep math machine and offered us a great offer on the mattress of our choice.

We were highly satisfied with don who served us as it was a difficult circumstance, due to all the Identification he had to sort out , due to personal problems.

Staff customer service was fantastic, brought my last bed from the same manager 5/6 years ago and that was an amazing comfy bed!! He couldn’t have done anymore for me if he tried, offered a refreshment very happy and polite! Fantastic job dreams hope the same manager is still there in another 6 years time!! Thanks again
