I was given a friendly welcome into the store, without the “ hard sell “ the shop manager remembered me from an enquiry visit I had made about three weeks ago which I was impressed with. Even though the company computer system was running slow and in my view quite archaic and would not process two types of payment at the same time, the manager kept the conversation flowing and apologised for the delay. I was also impressed with the mattress analysis machine and I hope that my new mattress will assist with my ongoing back problems.
