Friendly staff, the manager was happy to spend time explaining options, there was no rush

We were greeted straightaway by a knowledgable assistant (Amy), who explained and conducted a sleep survey. After that she showed us a selection of beds which she thought would meet our needs. Amy was very patient with us and even offered us refreshment before continuing with the bed selection. After the selection she explained the advantages of that particular bed, the guarantee, recommended a matress cover and provided the two special offer pillows.

Asst manager served us and he was very friendly knowledgable and hit the right level of support Excellent

Both Stef and Mark were brilliant at explaining everything to us, so we made a purchase immediately.

The store had several samples of what we were looking for, and the member of staff was very helpful.

Very helpful staff when needed but was not hounded like other stores. Asked a few questions to ascertain what we needed and quickly processed the sale

When we went in to the Westwood cross dreams Don welcomed us in to the store and he asked if we needed helped and we did we used the sleep match he gave us drinks as I am pregnant and got a bit out of breath with trying beds out hubby and me was very happy with the help and the delivery being faster than expected so very happy

Amy and the other staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. Amy welcomed me and asked how she could help me. She did the sleep machine with me and suggested mattresses for me. I had been in store previously and was undecided about the mattress and ended up buying one that Amy had shown me. She was also very patient with me when I was considering my options

The sales assistant mark in the Thanet branch was extremely patient and helpful and understanding; listened to all our questions and appeared genuine great service
