No pressure to buy, happy for us to take time and relaxed about us looking in the next door bed store before returning to make our purchase.

My daughter previously bought a mattress for her spare room . I was with her when she purchased her mattress and was very impressed with the level of service. There were no pushy sales talk but sensible and informative information. We were both dealt with great customer service and product knowledge. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again and recommending to friends and family.

All the staff were really friendly and very helpful . Dan who we dealt with was very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at . Would definitely go to the store again and would recommend to other people . We were offered a drink which we accepted as was in the store awhile as we went in for one bed and ended up buying two.

The young man who answered my telephone enquiry, reserved the item, and subsequently assisted in the personal sale in shop, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Don was great, extremely friendly and very happy with our end result.

Mark the (assistant manager) sales person at Westwood cross branch was very helpful & happy to help with making sure we picked the write bed frame to fit our room & in choosing the write mattress from all the ranges available in store, we took along time in store trying different mattresses, than went back the following day & spoke to mark again to place an order.10/10
