Offered assistance on entering the store. Sometimes it's difficult to make decisions especially with children in tow but Don was pacy and kept us interested but still gave me time to think it through. I used the sleep match and although was shown more evpensive mattresses I felt happy to indicate that o was looking to spend less. we were offered drinks which again helped when shopping with a child.

The assistant knew a lot about the Tempur mattresses we were looking for and help us with all the different variations of thickness softness so on.

Store manage Don gave us outstanding service. He was very knowledgeable, answered every question we had and generally made our experience in the store a very pleasant and easy one.

I was very happynwith the service Imreceived Mark Newell handled my purchase he made everything easy and was extremely helpful I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone

Very good staff excellent choice of bed service excellent would recommend to friends and family will be back for a new mattress for our spare bedroom

Dan the sales assistant was brilliant. Visited store day prior and was welcomed with a fantastic service brilliant sales manner and over all engagement skills. Would normally purchase items online to save time and the tediousness of sales personnel however based on Dans approach we returned to purchase in store.

Good choice of different beds to select from and fast delivery.

Upon arrival to the Westwood cross store, we were greeted by Stef, who was very helpful and more than happy to give as much time as needed to find us the best mattress for our needs.

We went in needing a bed frame. The manager came over to us and asked us what we were looking for and he guided us straight to the ones that are best for us. The only issue I had is that there was around 6 other staff members standing around and laughing at people outside of the shop. They were all standing together and it can be intimidating going into a shop like that
