The salesman was friendly but professional, he had lots of knowledge but took it slow and didn’t bombard me with information or indeed, a sales pitch. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Couldn’t fault Mark at the Westwood store at all

The Assistant Manager, Mark, could not have been more helpful. He gave us an assurance that we were buying the right product and we left the store feeling that we had been properly looked after.

The staff member at the Westwood Cross branch (think his name was Don), was very friendly and efficient. We explained what we wanted and the first thing he showed us was perfect! Very happy, and will be coming back in future.

Amy was very friendly, she greeted us when we walked in, she asked questions about what we were looking for and if we needed any help. She offered us drinks while we were their. She showed us the sleepmatch and explained what it was and how to use it. She offered us a pillow to take around to help test out the matteress's. She explained the differences between the matteress's and helped us pick the right matteress for us. Amy went through all the information when we sat down with her to finalise everything. She told us about which pillows were available and really helped us to get what we were looking for. Very happy with our experience.

Great customer service - we were asked upon arrival how we could be assisted. The whole process from pitch to order placement took around 10 minutes. We were offered drinks and Mark made everything easy.

I had a back operation a couple of years ago and very often have restless nights and disturb my wife a lot throughout the evenings sleep. The shop assistant tested us out on a bed to start with, which gave us a great idea of what type of mattress I needed. He then stayed with us and suggested a number of different mattresses taking into account what I needed.

I was very satisfied with my visit to your store as you had just the thing I had been looking for & had seen it on line but I prefer to see what I am buying first. I was a bit surprised you didn't have more choice . but overall very pleased
