The person who attended to us, Mark, knew the products. The bed is for our teenage daughter and he made sure that she was the main focus of the choice whilst also keeping us involved. When we returned the following day he remembered us. During the discussions he unprompted offered an alternative headboard even though it was a lower price

Mark was very helpful in every way showing different options and prices for what I was looking for explaining the structure of the products and comparing quality of the items and allowing me to discuss various options by comparison without being pushy and listening to what my needs were to help me make my decision.

My husband and I were very happy with the friendly welcome and care while choosing a new mattress. We tried the comfort bed with the computer to see what bed we needed. Don the manager was very kind and listens to our thoughts about a new mattress. Very impressed.

My partner and I visited the Dreams store in Thanet and was assisted by Mark Newell, from start to finish he was brilliant, as a young couple we usually find most businesses don’t take us seriously but Mark treated us like any normal customer looking to make a purchase, answered all our questions and was provided fantastic help in finding the right products for us! His knowledge on all products was second to none and made us feel 100% confident that we were purchasing the right stuff for us!

mark was great listened to what we wanted showed us all the options didn't fill rushed and mark was very knowledgeable of all your products great person to deal with.

We were shown the range of sofa beds in store, all were demonstrated and open and closed so we could see how they worked. delivery time quoted was convenient and fast The order was placed with no problems with your very helpful staff

The salesman Dan was very knowledgeable & helpful, He got us to use the sleepwatch bed to identify which bed would suit.our needs & then select the best beds to try and pillows to get the most comfortable nights sleep, we were offered drinks while our order was processed, he arranged a convenient date for delivery and arranged disposal of old mattress , we left the store very happy with our visit & would recommend to others
