Don at the ramsgate store was very knowledgable and helpful

Caitlin showed great product knowledge and understanding of my needs. She came to greet me when I entered the store and offered her assistance. We discussed a variety of mattresses and divans across the wide product range and I was shown the Sleepmatch facility to assess my needs. A very comfortable pillow was provided to me to use whilst trying the range of beds in store and my children and I was offered a drinks of water during my visit. Overall I am highly satisfied with my visit on 29/01/2022 and 30/01/2022 and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Caitlin is a credit to Dreams and demonstrated quality advice, service and expertise.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and polite with a smile on her face I believe that her name was caitlin, I was shopping with my 81 year old mother who worked in retail for the whole of her working life and my mother was very impressed by the assistants manor in dealing with a older person which unfortunately is not always the case these days. She is a credit to your company

When in Dreams Mark was very friendly and approachable. He helped my partner and I find the right mattress and what pillows would be the best for ourselves. This is the same experience I receive from the past few times I have shopped in dreams.
