Great service from beginning to end ! Your member of staff Georgia at the Thanet branch was brilliant ! Really knowledgeable about the products, efficient and helpful throughout the who process ! We went in a week previous when we had been looking all over for a bed from our son with disabilities and she was one of the reasons we went back to this branch

Excellent customer service from Dan at the Thanet store. Greeted upon entry, assisted at every point in the sales process. Got chance to try out the Sleepmatch bed which helped greatly in finding the best mattress firmness. Very tidy store with plenty of examples of divan and headboard colours and styles to chose from to enable us to select the right product. Highly impressed especially by Dan who came back from his lunch on the day we returned to the store to assist us again - that’s a brilliant sign of a dedicated customer assistant!
