We were able to try the sleep machine and the staff were friendly with our young nephew who was with us. They gave him a colouring sheet and crayons. We all got a bottle of water and got to try out lots of products as well as pillows.

Excellent customer service given by Georgia in the Broadstairs store, also lovely clean store.

We were approached straightaway and when we explained our requirements the salesman knew exactly what we were looking for and showed us which items would be suitable. He was not pushy and was polite and courteous throughout our transaction. We bought a bed from Dreams about a year ago (not your branch) and were highly satisfied with the service we received on that occasion, which is why we had no hesitation in visiting another branch when we required another bed. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed on Friday, 20th March.
