The assistant was very caring and informative keeping to all the covid guidelines she was a very helpful taking the time to listen to all my needs and helped me choose the right mattress and advised me to go on the machine to help to see what mattress was right for me it was a pleasure to be helped and advised by such a lovely young lady I am 100% pleased with the choice I made with the assistants help
