Dreams - Broadstairs Westwood

We were welcomed as soon as we have walked in. Caitlin took a good care of us. We were there with two kids, who at ones could be very loud and playful. She did offer them a book each in order to keep them entertained while we were trying out the mattress. It was very helpful as shopping with kids at times can be very stressful. Once we get to the purchase, she has also informed us about deals which I was not aware off. It helped us to save a lot of money and get some stuff for free.

It was first class. I have always chosen Dreams for Beds and Bedding. I will always choose Dreams in the first instance.

Mark at Westwood cross store came over offering assistance and information immediately. Very friendly and professional. Dealt with my purchase quickly offering all relevant information so that I understood the transaction fully.

Staff were very friendly and approachable but were happy for us to take our time browsing. When we did have questions they were quick to answer and so clear in everything they said. The staff really were a pleasure to do business with.

The man that served me and my 9 year old boy was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Once we had selected the right bed for my son we went to Benson for beds to see what they had to offer. We then returned to dreams 10mins later as we felt that dreams had much more to offer and the staff member (mark) at broadstairs had made us feel so much at home that we knew dreams had the right bed for my 9 year old son.

Mark was very helpful in helping me choose which mattress, very excited to receive my new bed. He made me feel very comfortable and had all the answers to all of my questions.
