I was well satisfied with my visit to Dreams on entering the door with the COVID-19 protection facilities I was then greeted by the assistant Becky who was very polite,and asked me what I was looking for as we proceeded round the store she explained everything to us in which she had a very good knowledge of and she was not over powering.

My experience with Dreams was exceptional, from being greeted at the door, taken through my journey to buying a bed and waving goodbye with a smile. The welcome was very warm and friendly by the store manager, believe his name was Don. He explained the COVID procedures in place and then asked me what I was looking for. It was great for him to explain all of my options to what fits my needs. He also offered me to try your sleep match which I have previously used. Another thing what was great was him to walk away and leave me to try what I like, as he understood that us customers like to try things at our own pace and have time to think. Once I made my decision he talked me through my options, with the added extras of pillows, warranty and protectors. The purchase itself was smooth sailing, offering me a drink and a seat. After he was wished me goodbye and lovely day. I would like to thank Don for a great experience and I will definitely be coming back to Dreams for future purchases.
