The assistant Caitlin at Dreams Broadstairs was excellent, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being pushy. This store is right next to a rival bed company but because Caitlin was so good we chose to spend the money with Dreams. The range of products was good, we tried the sleepmatch service and followed Caitlin's suggestions for suitable mattress types. We liked the Therapur ActiGel Plus mattress in particular.

Don, the Store Manager, was of great assistance and nothing was too much trouble. He was very patient and answered all my queries and gave good advice.
